Objective To explore the clinical effect of folic acid tablets in treating H-type hypertension. Methods 110 cases H-type hypertensions were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 55 cases in each group. Control group were given enalapril. Treatment group were given folic acid. The serum level of homocysteine (HCY), improvement of blood pressure, and the incidence of cardiovascular events during follow up were observed. Results After treatment, the serum level of HCY was lower than control group (P<0.05); improvement of blood pressure in treatment group was superior to that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular events of treatment was lower than that of control group during follow up, the difference was significant (χ 2=4.7673, P<0.05). Conclusion Folic acid tablets have a remarkable clinical effect in treating H-type hypertension, worth clinical promotion.%目的：观察分析叶酸片治疗 H 型高血压的临床效果。方法110例 H 型高血压患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例，对照组患者予依那普利片；观察组患者予叶酸片，治疗后分析两组血浆同型半胱氨酸（HCY）水平、血压改善情况以及随访期间心脑血管事件发生率。结果治疗后观察组患者 HCY 水平明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05），血压改善情况也优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。随访期间观察组心脑血管事件发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论叶酸片用于 H 型高血压的治疗临床效果显著，值得临床推广。
