日粮中添加紫花苜蓿和苦荞对猪生产性能的影响

         

摘要

为拓宽种植牧草的利用途径和探索紫花苜蓿与苦荞的饲用价值,选择长×大外二元去势公猪40头,体重(20.08±0.76)kg,随机分为5组进行生长试验与屠宰测定,研究毕节地区优势饲料资源紫花苜蓿与特色饲料资源苦荞对生长肥育猪生产性能的影响.结果表明:20~50 kg、50~80 kg、80~110 kg体重段相应按日粮干物质的3.11%、4.58%、6.74%添加紫花苜蓿鲜草(按20%干物质估算),平均日增重(ADG)、料量比(F/G)与基础日粮组相近,反映肉质风味的肌内脂肪含量提高.20~50 kg体重段添加苦荞9.24%(苦荞比例的2/3取代基础日粮中的玉米,1/3取代基础日粮中的麦麸,下同)、50 kg以上添加苦荞12%处理,与其他组相比,ADG、F/G均最佳,眼肌面积最高达65.66 cm2,其肉色、大理石纹评分均提高,肌内脂肪含量高于紫花苜蓿组.结论:添加紫花苜蓿、苦荞对屠宰性能的影响不明显;生长育肥猪日粮中适量添加紫花苜蓿、苦荞,可获得良好的增重效果并改善胴体品质.合理利用紫花苜蓿可有效降低饲养成本和开拓牧草利用新途径,苦荞可作为地方特色饲料资源用于优质猪肉的生产.%40 Landrace X Large White emasculated boars with different body weight(20. 08 + 0. 76 kg) were fed with the daily ration containing alfalfa or buckwheat to study the effects on productive performance of emasculated boars and broaden the pasture utilization path and feeding value. The results showed that the average daily gain and feed-gain ratio of emasculated boars with 20~50kg, 50~80kg and 80~110kg body weight fed with the daily ration containing 3. 11%, 4. 58% and 6. 74% fresh alfalfa respectively was similar to CK, but their fat content in muscle was improved compared with CK. The values of ADG and F/G and eye muscle area of emasculated boars with 20 ~ 50 kg and above 50 kg body weight fed with the daily ration containing 9. 24% and 12% buckwheat respectively reached the optimum and 65. 66 cm2 and the flesh color and marbling score was improved. The fat content in muscle of emasculated boars with 20~ 50 kg and above 50 kg body weight fed with the daily ration containing 9. 24% and 12% buckwheat respectively was higher than that of emasculated boars fed with the daily ration containing alfalfa. Adding alfalfa and buckwheat had no significant effect on slaughter performance, but it could improve body gain and carcass quality. The alfalfa rational utilization could effectively reduce feeding cost and broaden the pasture utilization path. Buckwheat with local feature could be used in production of quality meat.
