合成制药废水处理技术研究与进展

         

摘要

Synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater quality was characterized by high concentration of organic matter, and difficult to be biodegraded, which lead to synthesis - based pharmaceutical wastewater difficult to treat and the effluent cannot reach the standard. In order to make synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater reach discharge stand- ards and guide the engineering design, the domestic and foreign synthesis pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technologies were compared in this paper. It was recommended that the process route for the synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment was physicochemical - high efficient anaerobic - aerobic treatment technology.%合成制药废水水质特点为有机物浓度高、难生物降解,废水处理难度大、出水不易达标。为使合成制药废水达标排放,指导工程设计,通过对国内外合成制药废水的处理技术进行对比,推荐合成制药废水处理的工艺路线为物化-高效厌氧-好氧联合处理技术。
