Objective To determine six DMPPFI parameters in seminal plasma of infertile men in subtropical area, and to provide scientific basis for the diagnosis of male sterility. Methods SQA-V automatic sperm quality analyzer was applied to detect six DMPPFI parameters in 509 patients of male infertility (the study group) and 50 healthy men (the control group). Statistical analysis was performed. Results The six DMPPFI parameters in the control group were as follows: SD (45.32±11.52) M/ml, SM (58.75±8.35)%, PR (62.51±10.23)%, PRC (48.36±12.15) M/ml, FSC (8.12±4.37) M/ml, SMI (121.75±11.78). The results of six DMPPFI parameters in the study group were as follows: SD≥20 M/ml accounting for 80.75%, no sperm and SD<20 M/ml accounting for 19.25%; SM≥50% for 50.69%, SM<50% for 49.31%; PR≥50% for 23.58%, PR<50% for 76.42%; PRC=s 20 M/ml for 18.07%, PRC<20 M/ml for 81.92%; FSC≥3 M/ml for 15.13%, FSC<3 M/ml accounted for 84.87%; SMI≥80 for 15.72%, SMK80 for 84.28%.rnConclusion SI) and SM are the cause of male infertility, but not the best indicators of assessment. The best indicators should be PR, PRC, FSC and SMI. The detection of six DMPPFI parameters in seminal plasma provides the most reliable, scientific reference for clinical diagnosis of male sterility.%目的 测定亚热带地区不育男性精液DMPPFI 六项参数,为男性不育症的诊断提供科学依据.方法 采用SQA-V 全自动精子质量分析仪,对509 例不育男性和50 例正常男性精液DMPPFI 六项参数进行检测,并进行统计学分析.结果 50 例对照组精液质量六项参数结果:SD (45.32±11.52) M/ml,SM (58.75±8.35)%,PR (62.51±10.23)%,PRC (48.36±12.15) M/ml,FSC (8.12±4.37) M/ml,SMI (121.75±11.78).509 例不育男性精液六项参数结果:SD≥20 M/ml 者占80.75%,无精子和SD<20 M/ml 者占19.25%;SM≥50%者占50.69%,SM<50%者占49.31%;PR≥50%者占23.58%,PR<50%者占76.42%;PRC≥20 M/ml者占18.07%,PRC<20 M/ml者占81.92%;FSC≥3 M/ml 者占15.13%,FSC＜3 M/ml 者占84.87%;SMI≥80 者占15.72%,SMI＜80 者占84.28%.结论 SD和SM的减少是造成男性不育的原因,但不是评估男性不育症的最好指标;最好指标应是PR、PRC、FSC和SMI这四个参数.精液六项参数的检测可为临床提供可靠且科学的参考依据.
