Objective To observe the clinical effects of enalapril in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Ninty-six patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 48 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment (the beta receptor blocking pharmacon, diuretic therapy and health education), and the patients in the treatment group were treated with enalapril on the basis of the control group. The clinical signs and symptoms, the adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. The 6 min walking distance, left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF%) before and six months after treatment were determined. Results The improvement of clinical signs and symptoms in the two groups showed statistically significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05). The 6 min walking distance, LVESD, LVEDD, EF% were significantly after treatment (P<0.05), but the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences on adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Enalapril, combined with beta receptor blocking pharmacon and diuretic therapy, is quite effective for treating chronic heart failure, which significantly improves the prognosis and the living standard of the patients.%目的 观察依那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效.方法 将96 例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48 例,对照组采用常规治疗,即予β受体阻断剂、利尿剂治疗并进行健康教育,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用依那普利治疗.观察两组患者的临床症状、体征和药物不良反应,治疗前和治疗6 个月后检测患者的6 min 步行距离、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(EF%).结果 两组患者治疗前后比较,症状体征改善有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的6 min 步行距离、LVESD、LVEDD、EF% 均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),但治疗组的疗效优于对照组的疗效(P<0.05).两组间的药物不良反应差异无统计学意义.结论 依那普利配合β受体阻断剂和利尿剂治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效显著,可有效改善预后,提高患者生活水平.
