This paper summarized the characteristics of the functional departments in hospital, and analyzed the problems existing in the performance appraisal of functional departments in the A hospital. On the basis of the purpose of performance appraisal"enhancing effi-ciency, reflecting value, consolidating the quality and satisfying all the parties", this paper put forward the realization paths of the estab-lishment management, post evaluation, and evaluation on the comprehensive performance indicators, and analyzed the implementation ef-fect, practical experience and improvement direction.%归纳总结了医院职能部门的特点,分析了A医院职能部门绩效考核存在的问题,基于"提升效率、体现价值、夯实质量、各方满意"的绩效考核目标,提出了实现的路径——职能部门编制管理、岗位评价、综合绩效指标考核,并分析了实施效果、实际经验与改进方向.
