Objective to investigate the adr in efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its clinical value .Methods:of 100 patients ad-mitted in our recent each 50 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group using conventional treatment,observation group on the basis of conventional treatment using adr in treatment.Results:the observation group was better than control group,in terms of neural function defect scale differences statistically significant (P<0.05).Both groups during the period of delivery,there was no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:the adr in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect is distinct, worth clinical promotion.%目的：探讨依达拉奉在治疗急性脑梗塞中的疗效及临床价值。方法：将我院近期收治的100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上使用依达拉奉治疗。结果：观察组在神经功能缺损评分方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。两组在给药期间均未发生严重的不良反应。结论：依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗塞患者临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。
