目的：了解我院2011年1月－2015年5月脑脊液标本的细菌培养和药敏试验情况。方法：回顾性分析353例革兰染色阳性的脑脊液标本的细菌培养和药敏试验结果。结果：353例脑脊液革兰染色阳性标本中，培养阳性标本348份，培养阳性率98．5％；其中革兰氏阳性菌236份占67．82％，革兰氏阴性菌105份占30．17％，真菌7份占2．01％；革兰氏阳性菌中以万古霉素和利奈唑胺药物敏感性最强，革兰氏阴性杆菌中以亚胺培南药物敏感性最强。结论：我院从脑脊液标本中检出的病原菌以革兰氏阳性菌为主，并对万古霉素和利奈唑胺有极强的敏感性，本次研究为中枢神经系统感染的经验用药提供一定的参考。%Objective:To investigate bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test result of our hospital in January 2011-May 2015 CSF positive speci-mens.Methods:Retrospective analysis for bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test results of 353 cerebrospinal fluid positive specimens of gram stai-ning.Results:348 specimens of culture positive in 353 cerebrospinal fluid specimens of gram stain positive,culture-positive rate of 98.5%,the gram-positive bacteria 236 specimens accounted for 67.82%,the gram-negative bacteria 105 specimens accounted for 30.17%,the fungi 7 specimens ac-counted for 2.01%;Gram-positive bacteria was most sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid,Gram-negative bacteria was most sensitive to imipen-em.Conclusion:Pathogens from our hospital CSF specimens are mainly gram positive bacteria,and most sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid.The study provided a reference for treatment of central nervous system infection.
