Objective To investigate the effect of compliance and quality of life of psychological nursing intervention on depression treatment .Methods 92 cases of depression patients were randomly divided into two groups .All of patients were treated with paroxetine therapy .In addition , the control group received routine treatment and care , and observation group were given psychological care system based on the basis of the control group .Symptoms of depression , patient compliance and quality of life improvement were compared between two groups after treatment .Findings The total effective rate of observation groups was 86.96%, which was significantly higher than the control group (69.56%)(P<0.05); Overall compliance rate of observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05); 6 months following up, quality of life of all patients were significantly improved , and the amplitude of the observation group was higher than the control group ( P<0.05); the relapse rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing Intervention can improve mental depression therapy , enhance patient treatment compliance , improve the lives of treatment , reduce the relapse rate , and it should be widely applied .%目的：探讨心理护理干预对抑郁症患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法将92例抑郁症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各46例两组。患者均采用帕罗西汀药物治疗，对照组给予常规的治疗护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予系统的心理护理干预，连续治疗12周，比较两组患者治疗效果，并评价患者治疗依从性及生活质量的改善情况。结果观察组抑郁症治疗总有效率为86．96％，对照组为69．56％，两组差异显著（ P＜0．05）；观察组总依从率显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。治疗后随访6个月，两组生活质量均明显提高，观察组提高幅度显著优于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论心理护理干预能提高抑郁症治疗疗效，增强患者治疗依从性，改善生活质量，降低复发率。
