渗碳淬火齿轮内花键严重畸变的原因及对策

         

摘要

Distortion amount of internal spline of one type of gear carburized and hardened went beyond the limit. It was revealed,on the basis of the analysis on cause of the gear distortion ,that the excess distortion of the gear internal spline attributed to quenching of the gear in a HOUGHTO-QUENCH K oil.In view of the above,cardinal precautions against excess distortion of the gear internal spline are as follows:(a)purchasing 20Cr2Ni4A steel with carbon level on the lower side;(b)quenching the gear in MAR-TEMP 355 marquench oil produced by Houghton (China)High-grade Industrial Medium Co..%一种材质为20Cr2Ni4A的齿轮,经渗碳、淬火后,其内花键畸变量超差。分析表明,齿轮内花键淬火畸变过大,是由于采用冷却速度很高的HOUGHTO-QUENCH K 油淬火所造成的。据此,减小齿轮内花键淬火畸变的根本性措施为:订购含碳量为下限的20Cr2Ni4A 钢;采用好富顿公司的MAR-TEMP 355分级淬火油淬火。
