比较分析国内常见德国进口辊压机减速机P2SA33和国产辊压机减速机JGR3240的承载能力和结构特点,提出了优化辊压机减速机的方法.采用强度系数逐级递减的设计准则,优化了整机承载力;采用调心滚子轴承+圆柱滚子轴承的配置方法,优化了轴承结构;使整机承载性能提高了40％,使其更具市场竞争力.%This paper compared the load capacity and structure features of the Germany imported rolling press P2SA33 with home one JGR3240.It proposed a series of optimized home-made reducer method,such as decreasing strength coefficient as its design criterion to get a better whole carrying capacity.The bearing structure was better through self-aligning roller bearing + cylindrical one.The method further enhanced the performance of homemade rolling press reducer up to 140％,which made it more competitive.
