以销定产经营模式下，柔性车间存在天车无序调度的问题。通过车间生产过程数学化描述对天车调度目的做了分析。为了提高车间整体效率，给出天车调度的约束条件和调度优先原则，使调度能够满足柔性制造生产需求。%There are problems of crane random scheduling of flexible manufacturing in the marketing manage-ment mode.The crane scheduling objective is analyzed by mathematical model to describe workshop produc-tion.In order to improve the overall efficiency of workshop,the constraints and scheduling priority principles are given of crane scheduling,to meet flexible manufacturing requirement.
