At present, most of the servo controllers used in straighteners in China take MCUs as their core processors. Since MCU is slow in operation speed, lacks of the flexibility, and its operation capacity is limited, it is difficult to meet higher requirements and more precise control to equipments. The circuit hardware and software flow for high-accuracy servo controllers taking 32 bit DSP TMSF2812 as a core are designed in this paper. They areapplied to the pressure servo control system of the straightening machine. The experimental simulation results show that the controller has several characteristics: high-accuracy control, satisfactory flexibility and real-time performance.%目前,国内应用于矫直机上的伺服控制器大多为MCU等作为核心处理器,鉴于MCU运算速度慢,缺乏灵活性,且运算速度和能力有限,难以胜任更高要求和精确控制的设备.本文设计了以32位DSP-TMSF2812为核心的高精度伺服控制器主要电路硬件和软件流程等,应用于矫直机上的压下系统伺服控制.由实验仿真结果表明,该控制器具有控制精度高,灵活性好、实时性等特点.
