借助精准扶贫理念,在充分论证的前提下,提出了生态建设和扶贫开发结合、培养内生发展机制、扶贫到村到人、外部联动帮扶、扶贫效果跟踪和评价等北京深山区扶贫开发要点,并以怀柔区宝山镇为例,提出了夯实林业基础带动旅游发展促进脱贫、突出户外运动小镇特色带动精准扶贫的林旅结合扶贫措施,以期为怀柔区宝山镇及北京深山区提供扶贫攻坚工作提供有效参考.%Based on the concept of precise poverty relief,the combination of ecological construction,poverty relief and development was put forward in this paper,fostering endogenous development mechanisms,poverty alleviation to villages and people,and external linking assistance,tracking and evaluation of poverty alleviation and so on.Baoshan township in Huairou district was taken as an example,the forestry-based tourism development was put forward to promote poverty alleviation,the features of outdoor sports towns was highlighted to promote poverty alleviation.Forest tourism combined with poverty alleviation measures was provided with a view to providing an effective reference for poverty alleviation for Baoshan town in Huairou district and other deep mountain areas in Beijing.
