秦皇岛市体检人群血脂与骨密度的相关性分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨秦皇岛市体检人群血脂与骨密度(BMD)的相关性.方法 选取2017年1~10月在秦皇岛市第一医院进行健康体检的体检者154例,分析血脂与年龄、体重指数(BMI)、BMD的关系.结果 男性研究对象的身高、体重、腰围、BMI、收缩压、舒张压、三酰甘油(TG)、肌酐(Cr)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)均高于女性(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则低于女性(P<0.05);总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)在不同性别研究对象间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).男性的非优势侧髋总体(TF)、非优势侧股骨颈(NF)的骨密度均高于女性(P<0.05),而腰椎总体(LT)骨密度男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).男性研究对象的TF、NF骨密度与LDL-C、TG均呈负相关关系(P<0.05),LT骨密度与LDL-C呈负相关关系(P<0.05),而与TC、HDL-C之间的相关关系差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).女性骨密度与血脂之间相关关系差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 男性股骨BMD较同年龄女性升高,不同性别、不同人种、不同年龄段的人群血脂与BMD之间的关系均存在差异.女性中绝经后激素水平的变化对血脂、骨量的影响不容忽视.%Objective To investigate the correlation blood lipids and bone mass density ( BMD ) in physical examination population in Qinhuangdao city. Methods A total of 154 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were enrolled in the study. The correlation between blood lipids and age,body mass index (BMI),BMD was analyzed. Results The body hight,body wight,waist circumference,BMI,systolic pressure, diastolic pressure,the levels of triglyceride (TG), creatinine and alanine transaminase in male subjects were significantly higher than those in female subjects (P<0. 05),however,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in male subjects were ignificantly lower than those in female subjects (P<0. 05), moreover, there were no significant differences in the levels of total cholesterol ( TC ) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ) and aspartate amino-transferase between males and females (P>0. 05). In addition the BMD in non dominant total femur (TF) and in non dominant neck of femur (NF) in male subjects was significantly higher than that in female subjects (P<0. 05), however, there was no significant difference in BMD of total lumbar vertebra (LT) betweeen males and females (P>0. 05). In addition the BMD of TF and NF in male subjects was negatively correlated to LDL-C and TG (P<0. 05),but there was no significant correlation between TC and HDL-C (P>0. 05). Besides there was no significant correlation between BMD and blood lipids in female subjects (P>0. 05). Conclusion The BMD of femur in males is high than that in females at the same age group,and there are differences in the correlation between blood lipids and BMD in different gender,different races,different age periods. It should be paid much attention to the efffects of changes of hormone levels in postmenopausal women on blood lipids and BMD.
