Objective: To observe the operation mode and clinical effect of outlet obstructive constipation caused by rectocele. Method ;40 patients with outlet obstructive constipation caused by rectocele in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly, each group for 20 cases. The observation group were treated with transrectal operation repair. And the control group were taken the treatment of vaginal approach of posterior vaginal wall longitudinally section transverse suture longitudinal suture. Comparing the cure rate, apparent efficiency and recurrence rate after operation of 2 groups. Result:The cure rate and apparent efficiency of the observation group had obvious advantage compared with that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance, P<0.05. The operation time and the apparent efficiency of the observation group were shorter evidently than that of the control group. The patient satisfaction score, patients living status and recurrence of the observation group were better than that of the control group and the difference was significant, which had statistical significance, P<0. 05. Conclusion: The patients who have no evident effect after receiving the conventional treatment of non operation should choose a suitable operation mode to achieve satisfied clinical effect.%目的:观察因直肠前突导致的出口处梗阻型便秘的手术治疗方法和疗效.方法:选取我院肛肠科因直肠前突致出口处梗塞型便秘住院的40名患者,随机分为两组,每组20名患者,观察组采用经直肠途径手术修补治疗,对照组采用阴道入路行阴道后壁纵切横缝纵缝术治疗,对照两组手术后痊愈率、显效率和复发情况.结果:观察组的治愈率、显效率均较对照组有明显优势,且差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05；观察组的手术时间、住院时间均较对照组明显缩短,且患者满意评分、患者生活状况及复发率均优于对照组,且差异明显,有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论:患者在接受非手术的常规治疗后效果不明显者应选择合适的手术方式,可获得满意的疗效.
