Objective:To evaluate the expression and function of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and its substrate kinase P70S6K signal pathway in adenomyosis.Methods:The expression of mTOR and P70S6K in the ectopic endometrium group,in eutopic endometrium group and the normal endometrium group were detected by the immunohistochemistry,respectively.Results:Compared to those in normal endometrium group,protein of mTOR and P70S6K in the ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group were significantly increased (P<0.05),but was undifferentiated between the eutopic endometrium group and the ectopic endometrium group.There was a positive correlation between protein mTOR and P70S6K expression in ectopic endometrium (r=0.778,P<0.05).Conclusion:High expressions of mTOR and P7OS6K may play an important role in the pathogenesis and the development of adenomyosis.%目的:通过研究哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)和p70S6K在子宫腺肌病异位病灶、在位内膜组织中及正常子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,以探索其与子宫腺肌病发生发展的关系.方法:采用免疫组化方法检测p-mTOR和p-P70S6K在异位病灶组、在位内膜组、正常子宫内膜组细胞中的表达.结果:p-mTOR和p-P70S6K在子宫腺肌病异位病灶中及在位内膜中的表达高于正常子宫内膜组(P<0.05),异位病灶与在位内膜中二者的表达无差异(P<0.05).异位病灶组中p-mTOR和p-P70S6K的表达具有相关性(r=0.778,P<0.05).结论:mTOR与P70S6K的高表达促进了子宫腺肌病的发生与发展.
