选取2016年1月-2017年2月我院收治的疝气患者62例,且所有患者均展开无张力疝修补术.随机选择常规护理的对照组(31例),与在对照组的基础上,选择护理干预的观察组(31例),比较分析两组患者的复发率、并发症发生率、首次排气时间、住院时间等,分析影响.观察组患者复发1例,占3.22%,并发症发生2例,占6.45%,明显优于对照组患者的复发5例,占16.13%,并发症发生8例,占25.81%,差异显著(P<0.05).观察组患者首次排气时间、住院时间等均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).说明护理干预对无张力疝修补术结果的影响显著,可有效降低患者的复发率和并发症发生率,缩减患者的首次排气时间、住院时间,值得临床推广实践.%62 patients with hernia were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2017 were selected, and all patients underwent tensionless herniorrhaphy.31 cases were randomly selected as control group with regular care, and 31 cases as the observation group with nursing intervention.The recurrence rate, complication rate, the first exhaust time, and length of stay of observation group were compared with those of control group.One recurrence case in the observation group (3.22%) and two complication cases (6.45%), which was significantly better than that in the control group (5/31, 16.13%;8/31, 25.81%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The results showed that nursing intervention had significant effect on the results of tensionless herniorrhaphy, which could effectively reduce the recurrence rate, complication rate, the first exhaust time and hospitalization time, and it is worth of clinical promotion.
