通气系统对直升机燃油箱惰化系统的影响

         

摘要

Based on a single fuel tank in helicopter , a numerical simulation model was set up to study the influences of venting system to inerting system. The simulation was performed with either pressure changing on the outlet of venting pipes, liquid level declining, or different pressure on dif-ferent outlet of venting pipes. The result give out curve on oxygen volume fraction versus time and inerting flow requirements in order to keep oxygen volume fraction below 9%. It conclude that all the 3 factors can cause oxygen volume fraction in fuel tank increasing and the factor that there is difference in outlet pressure between different venting pipes can cause remarkable influence. In ad-ditional, Inerting flow can restrain oxygen volume from increasing.%以直升机单个油箱为研究对象,建立数值仿真模型,研究了通气系统对惰化系统的影响;得出了通气管出口大气压变化、油箱内液面下降、不同通气管出口压强存在压力差三个因素单独作用时,燃油箱气相空间氧气浓度随时间变化关系;得到了为保持气相空间氧气浓度不大于9%,需通入惰性气体的流量。结果显示,三个因素是使氧气浓度上升的主要因素,通气管出口存在压强差作用最明显,通入惰性气体能有效控制氧气浓度上升。
