大跨度连续梁桥临时固结体系施工与绳锯拆除技术

         

摘要

临时固结是悬臂施工的大跨连续梁桥关键部位,其设计、施工和拆除是保证上部结构安全施工的关键工序.结合某三跨连续梁桥的施工,介绍了临时固结设计、施工和绳锯拆除技术.采用绳锯对连续梁临时固结进行静力拆除,费用相同的情况下,与人工拆除对比工期可缩短4 d.绳锯技术具有明显优势,可显著节约施工时间,不对结构造成破坏,具有较好的推广前景.该技术可供同类型桥梁施工参考.%Temporary anchorage system is the key part of long span continuous beam bridge with cantilever construction,of which the design,construction and dismantling are the key processes to ensure the safety of the superstructure.Combined with the construction of a three span continuous beam bridge,the design,construction and wire saw removal technology of temporary anchorage are introduced.Com-pared manual and wire saw demolition of temporary anchorage,construction period can be shortened by 4 days at the same cost.The technology of wire saw has obvious advantages,such as saving construction time and ensuring no damage when removing the structure,and great application prospects.The tech-nique can be used as a reference for the construction of similar bridges.
