Evotherm温拌沥青混合料性能试验研究

         

摘要

研究了Evotherm温拌SBS改性沥青,结果表明,Evotherm温拌剂对SBS改性沥青性能影响不大.采用旋转压实和马歇尔击实对Evotherm温拌SBS改性沥青混合料性能进行研究,研究结果表明,Evotherm温拌SBS改性沥青混合料碾压温度可较热拌沥青混合料降低20℃~30℃左右.温拌混合料的水稳性能较热拌沥青混合料有所提升,浸水马歇尔残留稳定度从93.5%提高到95.2%,冻融劈裂试验强度比从83.8%提高到86.4%;高温稳定性能有所提升,车辙试验动稳定度从7 314次/mm提高到8 023次/mm;低温抗裂性能变化不大.总体来说,击实温度145℃的温拌沥青混合料性能优于热拌沥青混合料.%This paper research the Evotherm SBS modified asphalt, the results show that, Evo-therm has little Influence on SBS modified asphalt. Over all, Performance of warm mixed asphalt compacted in 145 t is better than that of hot mix asphalt.
