Because of the increasingly heavy traffic and overload,many cement concrete pave-ments are under overhaul period.Based on Yueyang S201 Tietao Highway overhaul reconstruction pro-ject,the author has performed some experimental research into polypropylene fiber roller compacted con-crete.Having introduced the fundamental principles and the related constrution technology of the tech-nique,the project practice has improved that by using this technique,one can simplify the process, shorten the construction period and reduce the cost during the old cement pavement reconstruction.%由于交通量的倍增以及超载现象的频繁，许多水泥混凝土路面已经进入大修期。结合岳阳 S201铁桃公路大修改造工程，对聚丙烯纤维碾压混凝土的性能进行了试验研究，通过大面积工程应用介绍了该技术的基本原理以及相关的施工工艺，工程实践表明这一技术在旧水泥路面的改造中具有工艺简便、缩短工期、节省投资的特点。
