结构参数对沥青路面结构设计的影响分析

         

摘要

The present paper applies the theory and method proposed by the current design standards to the calculation of the thickness of asphalt pavement structure to analyze the variable relationship between thickness of pavement structure and design deflection as well as modulus of subgrade, and the impact of modulus of subgrade and thickness of semi-rigid base on the subbase tensile stress of every layer and, by an example calculation, draws a natural conclusion that if the structural thickness is designed according to the subbase tensile stress, fatigue cracking can be reduced with the decrease of subbase tensile stress, which is achieved by the improvement of the modulus of subgrade and the increase in the thickness of semi-rigid layer. In this paper, a large number of calculation data are accumulated during the analysis and provide reference for the designer' s further understanding of asphalt pavement structural design theory, which enable them to make better design of pavement structure.%应用现行设计规范提出的公路沥青路面结构厚度计算理论和方法,通过实例计算,分析了路面结构厚度随设计弯沉、土基模量的变化关系,分析了土基模量、半刚性基层厚度对路面各结构层层底拉应力的影响,得出通常情况下会以底基层层底拉应力控制结构厚度设计,以及提高土基模量、增加半刚性层厚度可以减小(底)基层层底拉应力从而减少疲劳开裂的结论.
