基于资源的卓越工程师协同教育机制研究与实践——以北京科技大学为例

         

摘要

Now,the engineering education has become a typical talents cultivation link under the joint resources' impact of university and society,which needs to integrate and coordinate abundant resources and efforts.University of Science and Technology Beijing puts forward a synergic education concept of excellent engineers to establish a broad stage of social contacting,an open platform of resource incubation and the wide ways of resources sharing.According to the idea of "four orientation" and "four synergies",it has built a engineering synergic educational system which based on the construction of a faculty team and four kinds of resources sharing platform of "the cooperation between universities and enterprises,the cooperation among the universities,the cooperation of merging resources in universities and the alliance cooperation of international strength".%工程教育已经成为高校与社会资源共同作用下的育人环节,需要充分融合和协同各方面资源和力量.北京科技大学提出了建立宽广的社会接触面、开放的资源孵化平台、广泛的资源共享途径的卓越工程师协同教育理念,按照"四面向"和"四协同"的思路,构建了以一支师资队伍和四个资源共享平台建设为支撑点的"校企融合协同、校际协同、校内资源融合协同、国际力量协同"的基于资源的工程教育协同教育体系.
