港口机械教学箱的设计与仿真分析

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of training facility deficiency at the port machinery,a teaching box is designed con-taining models of the quayside bridge crane,gantry crane,and yard crane,etc.This box covers the luffing mechanism, slewing gear,lifting mechanism,and other related parts;running of the step motor is controlled by reasonably managing the pulse signal input, to coordinate the running process between mechanisms, complete the handling and stacking process,and get excellent teaching effects.Integrated modeling is built adopting Solid works for simulation analysis of im-portant parts,which verifies the design feasibility.%针对港口机械教学设施匮乏问题,设计一种包含岸边桥式起重机、门座式起重机、场桥等模型的教学箱,此箱涉及变幅机构、回转机构和起升机构等部件。通过合理控制脉冲信号的输入来控制步进电机运动,以协调各机构间运动过程,完成卸货和堆场流程,达到良好的教学效果。并运用SolidWorks进行整体建模,对重要结构进行仿真分析,验证了设计的可行性。
