Analysis is performed for the re-manufacturing situations of hoisting machineries at home and abroad and re-manufacturing of scrapped ones,with further discussion on cleaning of dismantled parts,non-destructive testing on parts,re-manufacturing process,evaluation software,and evaluation of re-manufactured machineries,in order to make best use of vari-ous resources for the purpose of energy conservation,material saving,carbon reduction,and environmental protection.%对整个再制造领域、国内外起重机械再制造现状和废旧起重机械的再制造阶段进行分析，并对拆解后零部件清洗、零件的无损检测、再制造加工工艺、使用评估软件和再制造后起重机械的评价等方面进行探讨，最大限度利用各种资源，以达到节能、节材、低碳环保等目的。
