The finite element models for both square and cone cross-sections of thin-walled beams are built by non-linear finite element theory, with research on the energy absorption and deformation feature of these two cross-sections of beam structures under the impact of axial force, and comparison and analysis for their crashworthiness.The result shows that at both low and high speeds, the cone cross-section thin-walled beam is provided with stable deformation and energy-absorption, and better crashworthiness than square one.% 运用非线性有限元理论建立了方形和方锥形2种不同截面薄壁直梁的有限元模型,研究了这2种截面薄壁直梁结构在轴向冲击载荷作用下的能量吸收与变形特性,并对其碰撞性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,在低速和高速时方锥形截面薄壁直梁的变形吸能较稳定,其碰撞性能比方形梁好。
