为了提高肿瘤科护士法律意识，更好地为病人服务，本文从护理文书、药品管理使用、医疗规章制度、执行医嘱、侵权行为、医疗设备、带教护生7个方面分析护理行为中的潜在法律责任，并提出对策，有利于保障病人的健康，维护护士的权益。%To improve the law knowledge of the nurses of tumour section and supply a better service for the patient, this article illustrates the potential legal duty in the practice of nursing from 7 aspects: nursing documents, management of the use of medicine,medical rules and regulations,carry out the doctor's advice,the tortious matters,medical equipment,guid the nursing education. The article supplies the solution in order to guarantee the patient's health and maintain the nurses' rights.
