Objective To validate the effects of the continuous nursing through WeChat platform in speech function restoration training for children with cleft palate. Methods A total of 85 children with cleft palate admitted from January 2015 to September 2017 were randomly selected as the study subject and divided into the ob-servation group with 43 cases and the control group with 42 cases. The control group were trained by adopting the traditional speech function training model,while the observation group were trained through interaction education on WeChat platform besides the traditional speech function training. Results 3 months after surgery, the phonetic intelligibility of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). And the sense of inferiority and dependence of the observation group was reduced and significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). Parents'anxiety rate of the observation group was remarkably lower than that of the con-trol group (P<0.01), and parents' satisfaction rate of the observation group was remarkably higher than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The application of continuous nursing through WeChat platform in speech function restoration training for children with cleft palate helps not only to improve patients'speech function,elimi-nate patients' sense of inferiority, and enhance patients' self-confidence in social interaction, but also to soothe parents' anxiety and promote their satisfaction rate,and thus it is of great significance in practice.%目的 探究微信平台延续护理在腭裂患儿语音功能训练中的应用效果.方法 随机取样选取2015年1月至2017年9月某院收治的85名腭裂患儿作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为观察组43例与对照组42例.对照组采取常规语音功能训练护理模式;观察组在常规语音功能训练护理模式基础上加入微信平台互动教育.结果 术后3个月观察组患儿语音清晰度优于对照组﹙P<0.01﹚,观察组患儿的自卑感及依赖感得到改善,低于对照组﹙P<0.01﹚,观察组患儿家属焦虑评分低于对照组﹙P<0.01﹚,观察组家长满意度高于对照组﹙P<0.01﹚.结论 微信平台延续护理模式在腭裂患儿语音功能训练中的应用,有利于提升患儿语音功能,降低患儿的自卑感,增进患儿在社交活动中的自信心,能有效改善患儿家属心理状况,提高满意度,在实际应用中具有深刻意义.
