在分析现有医院科技评价体系不足的基础上,针对研究型科室的特点,提出研究型科室科技评价的思路,并依据"结果链"模型框架,从基础、过程、产出、结果、影响5个方面,初步构建研究型科室科技评价的指标体系.%Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the current hospital science and technology evaluation system and according to the characteristics of research-oriented clinical departments, this paper puts forward the basic idea of science and technology evaluation system for research-oriented clinical departments, and based on the "result-chain" model framework, the paper proposes to establish evaluation index system from the following five aspects: input, process, output, result, and impact.
