目的 研究以现代信息技术为基础建立的应用终端延续护理在骨折术后帮助患者恢复及提高其自我照护的价值.方法 研究时间为2014年6月-2016年6月,抽选符合股骨粗隆间骨折诊断的患者84例录入计算机随机系统,编号后均分为两组,研究组n=42,采用基于应用终端的延续护理,对照组n=42,采用常规延续护理;对比两组自我护理能力、心理韧性、生存质量以及出院后对待护理问题的态度改善.结果 研究组心理韧性评分、生存质量评分、自我护理能力评分均明显高于对照组,且研究组疼痛、运动功能、休息状态、精神状态等的KBS评分明显优于对照组,P＜0.05,统计学检验差异具有显著意义.结论 基于应用终端的延续护理是以现代信息技术为基础,通过应用终端将护理内容呈现并传达,对延续护理不易实施的缺陷进行弥补,明显改善患者出院后的自我照护能力,改善其对待护理问题的态度;但仍存在老年人群无法熟练操作、费用昂贵等弊端,需改进后推广.%Objective To study the value of extended care with application terminal based on modern information technology in helping patients recover and improve their self-care after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 84 cases diagnosed with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were collected between June 2014 and June 2016, recorded into a random computer system, and divided into two groups, with 42 in the study group treated with extended care with application terminal and the other 42 in the control group treated with regular extended care.Self-care ability, mental resilience, quality of life and attitude toward nursing care after discharged of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of mental resilience, quality of life and self-care of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the results are statistically significant.KBS scores of pain, motor function, rest state and mental state of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the results are statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Based on modern information technology, demonstrating and conveying nursing content through application terminal, extended care with application terminal can make up for the defects of continuity, improve patients' self-care ability after discharged and their attitude towards nursing care.However, there also exist drawbacks, such as the elderly's being unable to operate it skillfully and its high cost, which need to be improved in the future.
