护理标识管理在强化ICU护理质量中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探究护理标识管理方案在强化ICU护理质量管理中的应用效果.方法 研究对象选取2014年1月—2015年12月医院ICU收治的206例住院患者,病例采用简单随机抽样法选取.根据时期进行分组,2014年全年收治95例分为对照组,采用传统护理管理方案;2015年全年收治111例分为研究组,实施护理标识管理.对比两组患者的护理差错发生率、护理满意度,并采用问卷调查了解ICU医护人员对护理标识管理的满意度.结果 实施护理标识管理前ICU的护理风险事件发生率为6.32%(6/95),实施后降低为0.90%(1/111),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前患者的护理满意度为90.53%(86/95),实施后提升为98.19%(109/111),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施前医师和护士的满意度分别为73.91%和76.59%,实施后分别为95.65%和95.74%,较实施前均有显著提高(P<0.05).结论 护理标识管理能够有效提高ICU护理管理质量,减少护理风险事件的发生率,全面改善医护人员和患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用.%Objective To explore the effects of the nursing identity management applied in strengthening ICU nursing quality.Methods A total of 206 cases of hospitalized patients admitted to the ICU between January 2014 and December 2015 were selected by simple random sampling and were divided into two groups according to time, with the 95 cases admitted in 2014 as the control group, who were treated by traditional care management program and the 111 cased admitted in 2015 as the study group, who were treated with nursing identity manage -ment.The incidences of errors occurring in the process of nursing and patients 'satisfaction rates were compared, and ICU staff's satisfaction rate with nursing identity manage was studied through questionnaire .Results The inci-dence of risk events was 0.90% (1 /111) in the study group and 6.32% (6 /95) in the control group.The differ-ence was statistically significant (P <0.05).Patients'satisfaction rate was 90.53% (86 /95) before the implemen-tation and was promoted to 98.19% (109 /111) after the implementation.The difference was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05).The doctors'and nurses'satisfaction rates were 73.91% and 76.59% respectively before the im-plementation, and increased to 95.65% and 95.74% respectively after the implementation (P <0.05).Conclu-sion Nursing identity management can effectively improve the quality of ICU care management and reduce the in -cidence of nursing risk events.The overall improvement in the health care and patients 'satisfaction with care is shown in clinical practice.
