军队中小医院绩效评价管理系统

         

摘要

To effectively evaluate the performance of operation and management of different departments , learn the fulfillment of responsibilities of each position in each department , promote the level of hospital manage-ment and administration, improve medical quality and management efficiency , stimulate the connotation construc-tion of the hospital, and realize the sustainable and scientific development of the hospital , based on the actual situa-tion of the hospital, a performance evaluation system was established , along with a series of information systems of performance management.Through the operation and practice in recent years , a set of performance management model was explored, which conforms to the requirements of the system of military hospitals .%为有效衡量科室的运营管理绩效,了解各科室各岗位的职责履行情况,以期全面提高医院运营管理水平,提升医疗质量和管理效能,促进医院内涵建设,实现医院可持续科学发展.本院根据自身实际情况,构建一套绩效考评评价体系,建立一系列绩效管理信息系统,并通过近年来的运行与实践,探讨一套符合军队医院体制要求的绩效管理模式.
