目的:对核心竞争力评价在卫生领域中应用进行研究,为医院核心竞争力的量化做了有益的探索。方法借鉴企业核心竞争力评价理论,运用AHP法确定权重,运用模糊数学等方法,从三个纬度建立我国医院核心竞争力评价分析模型。结果选取代表性的两家三甲医院进行了分析,验证了模型的可操作性、合理性和可靠性。结论医院核心竞争力各个要素之间存在着互补的关系,相互之间默契配合可以取得较好的评价结果,在最终的核心竞争力上占有一定的优势;否则可能会因为各个评价指标的此消彼长而在潜在竞争力的较量中无功而返。%Objective To explore the evaluation methods to quantify hospital core competence evaluation . Methods Fuzzy mathematics method and AHP weighing method were used to establish a triple -dimension analy-zing model to evaluate the hospital core competence .Results Two representative hospitals were analyzed to test the manipulative , rational and reliable characteristics of this model .Conclusion There was a complementary rela-tion among different dimensions of evaluation system .A tacit cooperation of them will lead to a better score of the evaluation , of which it will show a good core competence of the hospital finally .On the other hand , a contradictive relation always means failure in the competition due to the interior deterioration .
