Objective To explore the method to improve medical charge management level continuously . Methods The quality control circle concept ( QCC) was introduced into the medical charge management .Through the quality control circle activities as process design and listing the typical cases , prove the feasibility to apply qual-ity control circle in the medical charge management .Conclusion The introduction of QCC model into the medical charge management can effectively solve the problems of charge , increase personal comprehensive ability , and med-ical charge management .%目的：探索持续提高医疗收费水平的管理方式。方法将品管圈概念引入医疗收费管理中，通过开展品管圈活动的流程设计，并列举典型案例，证明品管圈在医疗收费管理中应用的可行性。结论在医疗收费的管理中引入品管圈模式，能切实解决收费中存在问题，提升收费人员个人综合能力，提高医疗收费管理水平。
