本文通过现场考察和复习文献，分析德国康复医学具有先进的康复理念、丰富的康复手段、人性化的康复环境及多方参与的合作机制四大特点；提出军队疗养院要抓住机遇发展康复医学，必须解决思想认识问题、制度机制问题、技术规范问题、人才培训问题。%Through site visits and literature review, the authors analyzed the four characteristics of German rehabilitation medicine, including advanced concept of rehabilitation , rich means of rehabilitation, humanized re-habilitation environment, and multiple cooperation mechanisms.The author also put forward that military sanatori-um must seize the opportunity for the development of rehabilitation to solve the problems of ideology , institutional mechanisms, technical specifications and personnel training .
