Division hospital are all central hospital compiled in 200 beds. In recent years, hospital's strength of discipline, brand influence, technical level, teaching, and scientific research ability is developing a lot. But according to the requirements of Scientific Development, serviceman s health demands and hospital modernization standard, the discipline construction also exist some contradictions, such as shortage of talented person, not strictly implement in the system, misbalance of discipline development, not coordinated among medical, teaching and scientific research.
