本文从野战医疗所建设实践出发,结合新时期保障任务变化趋势和发展要求,分析野战医疗所建设面临的挑战,并从保障理念、组织指挥、力量部署、保障准备、军地融合、重点领域等方面进行了思考,通过探索实践,不断提升野战医疗所遂行多样化军事任务卫勤保障的能力.%Combing with the changes of support mission, the author analyzed the challenges which the construction of field medical station was confronted with. The author mainly discussed the following aspects, including support sense, organization and command, strength deployment, support preparedness, civil - military fusion and important contents. The author also pointed that continual practices were important for the promotion of support capabilities.
