In order to improve the accessibility of urban transit system effectively, to promote the value of land development and promote the intensive development of urban space, we can use the streetcar system to fill the requirement of transit capacity levels between subway and bus. We parse the research method for enhancing the traffic accessibility by using GIS technology to create the traffic space information database, building function model of accessibility measure, the quantification and evaluation of accessibility, as well as exploring the quantitative indicators of land use and spatial patterns matching the streetcar traffic, and summarize the main innovation points.%为有效提高城市公共交通体系的可达性、提升土地开发价值并促进城市空间集约化发展,可以利用有轨电车系统填补介于地铁与巴士公交之间的运量层级需求.从利用GIS技术创建交通空间信息数据库、构建可达性测度函数模型、可达性量化与评价,以及探求与有轨电车交通相匹配的用地量化指标与空间模式等方面对提升交通可达性的研究方法进行解析,并概括了其主要创新点.
