X大学猕猴桃试验站在与政府农技推广部门、示范村、示范户、企业和合作社的配合中通过多种路径实现现代农业科技和广大小农的有效对接,凸显了试验站的实地研究、试验示范、基层推广和人才培养的主要功能.作为科技推广工作的平台和依托,试验站是将大学的科技成果推广到农村农民的"中转站",其在与其他参与主体的互动中充分考虑中国农村社会结构的现实性和独特性,利用自身技术资源优势,结合政府统筹协调能力,提升了民间社会自组织能力.%Kiwi fruit experiment station of X university achieved effective connection between modern agricultural technology and the majority of small farmers by cooperation with the governmental departments of agricultural technology extension, demonstration villages, demonstration households,enterprises and cooperatives,which highlighted the experiment's functions such as field research, test and demonstration,grassroots promotion and talent training. As a platform and backing of sci-tech extension work, the experiment station was the "transfer station" by which the scientific and technological achievements could be extended from university to rural villagers,during the interaction with other participants, by fully considering the reality and unique character of rural social structure in China,and making use of own technology and resource advantages, as well as combining with government coordination ability,the experiment station enhanced self-organizing capability of civil society.
