中北大学不同运动专项男大学生运动员身体成分的研究

         

摘要

目的::以中北大学不同运动专项的男大学生运动员为主要研究对象,测量其身体成分、体型判定、腹部脂肪、双臂、双腿、躯体瘦体重及脂肪的分布,探讨每个运动项目的某些规律性特征,对科学选取优秀运动员和提高运动成绩具有重要意义。方法:采用韩国人体组成分析仪ioi353为研究对象的身体成分进行测试。研究发现:中北大学运动训练专业BF%由高到低依次是:排球﹥足球﹥篮球﹥中长跑;BMI由大到小的顺序依次是:排球<篮球<足球<中长跑。中长跑运动员的BF%与BMI相关性较高;排球、足球和篮球运动员的BF%与BMI相关性不高。排球运动员的体脂含量最高,中长跑运动员的瘦体重最高,并且所含肌肉量也最高。研究对象的无机物和蛋白质均处在正常范围值内。%The purpose of this study was to measure body composition,size determination,the distribution of abdominal fat, arms, legs, body fat and lean body mass of different male college student athletes in North University of China and aims to explore each sport some regular feature for selecting athletes and training. Body composition is measured by using high-precision multi-frequency bio-impedance analysis(Korean body composition analysis, Miriam ioi353). Results: The BF% of male college athletes of sports training in North University of China from largest to smallest:volleyball>football>basketball>Middle-long distance.BMI have an order from largest to smallest: volleyball>basketball>football>Middle-long distance. It was negative correlation between BF% and BMI of the volleyball players, basketball and football players. The amount of body fat of volleyball players was highest. Lean body mass and muscle mass of volleyball players was highest. The inorganic and protein content of athletes are in the normal level.
