从清朝时期的时代背景着手探析太极拳的产生、发展与兴盛。清代特殊的社会环境为太极拳的产生、发展、兴盛奠定了广泛的群众基础和深厚的文化基础。而太极人在实践基础上的理论创新、技艺创新、风格创新是太极拳产生、发展、兴盛的灵魂;摈弃门户偏见,进行开放政策是太极拳产生、发展、兴盛的基础;因地制宜、因材施教,采取求变措施是太极拳产生、发展、兴盛的关键。%Based on the background from the Qing Dynasty,this paper focuses on the emergence,development and prosperity of Tai chi chuan.The special social environment of Qing Dynasty caused its generation,development and prosperity,which laid a broad mass base and profound cultural foundation.And Tai chi in practice relying on the basis of theoretical innovation and skills innovation is the style and soul of Tai chi.The policy "devoid of portal prejudice,be open" is the basis of its generation,development and prosperity;adjust measures to local conditions,in accordance with their aptitude,and take measures to change the generation,development,which all consists of the key to prosperity.
