Along with the development of modern science,technology and social economy,the strengthening cooperation of society and individual,individual ability can＇t adapt to the modern society＇s rapid progress.A new team,as ＂social cell,which displays great vigor has been the world look,and it also creates a good environment for members of teams to improve their ability.With the change of organizational structure,group decision for more organizations has been widely used.Based on the author＇s participation in training and assessment of outdoor,it expands to improve the group decision-making ability,puts forward a series of training research for improving decision-making simulation.%随着现代社会科技与经济的发展,社会协作的不断加强,个人能力已不能适应现代社会的快速进步。团队,作为一种新的＂社会细胞＂,它所表现出来的极大活力已被世人所注视,同时它也为团队中的成员创造了一个提升自身能力的良好环境。随着组织结构的变化,团队决策为越来越多的组织所采用。通过笔者亲身参与的户外拓展培训,评估了户外拓展对于团体决策能力提高的相关性研究。
