Public physical education in colleges and universities is still tracked in the traditional mode of compliance and assessment,whose innovation and reform need to be extended.This paper constantly sumed up experience from public physical education,boldly attempting to explod actively from teaching philosophy,teaching methods,etc.,and strived for the reform of public physical education in colleges and universities to provide a reference recommendations.%普通高校学校公共体育课教学仍未走出传统的达标与考核的教育模式,其创新与改革之路有待延伸。从公共体育课教学中总结经验,大胆尝试,积极从教学理念、教学手段等方面探索,力求为普通高校公共体育课教学改革提供参考建议。
