This article explores ways to implement flipped classroom in the practice workable college course based on the MOOC which is a new teaching model.The“Computer Application Foundation”as anexampl,this paper did a practice research and analysis of the teaching effect and discuss the existence of issues.Then itproposes a teaching modelwhich is more suitable for Hu-nan traffic Engineering College teaching———achieving sub “class”management and creating a scientific and rational evaluation system.%针对 MOOC 这种新的教学模式,探索在实践操作性强的高校课程中实施翻转课堂的方式,以《计算机应用基础》课程为例进行实践研究,对产生的教学效果进行分析,对存在的问题进行探讨,提出更适合湖南交通工程学院教学使用的教学模式———实现分“班级”管理,创建科学合理的评价体系。
