The study on indoor simulated algal cultivation and observation of Tai Lake water had being conducted for many years.It was found that pH,DO,carbon dioxide reaction rate (CRR),chlorophyll a (Chl a) was closely related with each other.The results also showed that:(1) during the process of breaking out of algal bloom,the pH,dissolved oxygen (DO),chlorophyll a (Chl a) had the same trend,while carbon dioxide reaction rate (CRR) with the opposite trend;(2) The changes of CRR and Chl a in Tai Lake water with different seasons during the observation process of algal bloom showed the period during late June to middle September was the summit of algal blooms; (3) The real-time monitored parameters of CRR and Chl a on the same location of Tai Lake in spring for three consecutive years indicated that breaking out of algal bloom in 2008 was much easier than that in 2009,2010,which meant that the degree of eutrophication in Tai Lake was gradually reduced.%通过对太湖水进行室内多年模拟培养并观测,发现pH、溶解氧浓度(DO)、二氧化碳反应速率(CRR)、叶绿素a之间紧密相关.结果表明:(1)在太湖水华暴发过程中,参数pH、DO以及叶绿素a具有相同的趋势,而与参数CRR具有相反的趋势;(2)太湖不同季节的水华观测过程中参数CRR、叶绿素a的变化表明,六月下旬到九月中旬是藻类繁殖的高峰期;(3)太湖连续三年春季同一地点水样在线观测CRR和叶绿素a表明,同2009年、2010年相比,2008年更容易形成水华,意味着太湖水质富营养化程度在逐渐减轻.
