In Order to enhance 1,3-propanediol production , effects of different specific grow thrates on pruducts form ation were investigated in fed-batch ferm entation of glycerol by K lebsiella pneum oniae . The results indicated that increased specific grow thrate could enhance 1,3-propanediol yield and its specific formation rate , w hile decease ethanoland formate yield . Then , effects of various glycerol concentrations in late phase of ferm entation on products formation were also investigated and the results indicated that maintained glycerol concentration at 15~26 g/L would be benefit for 1,3-propanediol production . Com bined with the specific growth control at higher level and proper glycerol concentration in late phase of ferm entation could effectively improve 1, 3-propanediol production and sharply decreased by-products including lactc acid and ethanol pruduction .%在补料分批发酵过程中提高比生长速率不仅减少乙醇、甲酸的生成,而且提高1,3-丙二醇的得率和比生产速率.发酵后期甘油的浓度在15~26 g/L时有利于提高1,3-丙二醇的生产.采取在发酵前期控制菌体较高比生长速率和发酵后期控制适宜甘油浓度相结合的策略,有效地提高了1,3-丙二醇的生产,降低副产物乳酸和乙醇的生成.
