The paper bases on working process of sci-tech novelty retrieval and document surveys, divides influencing factors of user satisfaction into 5 parts of image, management and environment of novelty retrieval station, novelty consultant and novelty assess-ment report quality, and constructs evaluation indicator system of user satisfaction for sci-tech novelty retrieval. The paper takes inves-tigation data of user satisfaction for sci-tech novelty retrieval from some libraries in Beijing area as the basis, evaluates the evaluation indicator system by structure equation modeling technology, and obtains influence effect of each influence factor.%基于科技查新工作流程以及文献调研，将用户满意度影响因素分为查新站形象、查新站管理、查新站环境、查新员、查新报告质量5个部分，构建了科技查新用户满意度指标体系。以北京地区部分图书馆科技查新用户满意度调查数据为基础，基于结构方程模型技术对构建的指标体系进行评估，得出各影响因素的影响效应。
