指出馆员在自觉、能动和有目的的图书馆实践活动中建立了各种关系，这些关系构成了图书馆赖以存在的基础，规定着馆员的本质。馆员的关系问题就成为把握馆员本质的关键。从馆员与馆领导之间的互动交换关系、馆员与馆员之间的竞争合作关系、馆员与读者之间的相互依存关系、馆员与图书馆之间的契约关系、馆员与文献信息资源之间的适应关系等多个维度分析馆员关系，认为相关客体是影响馆员主体建构自我形象的要素，馆员关系决定馆员的职业定位。%The paper points out that librarians establish various relationships in conscious, active and purposeful library practical activities, which constitute the basis of library existence, stipulate the essence of librarian. And the issue of librarian’s relationship be-comes the key grasping the nature of librarian. It analyzes librarian relationship from several dimensions including interactive exchange relationship between librarian and library leader, competitive cooperation relationship between librarians each other, interdependent re-lation between librarian and reader, contractual relationship between librarian and library, and conformity relation between librarian and document information resource. And it concludes that related object is the factor effecting librarian subject to construct self image, and librarian relationship determines professional orientation of librarian.
