目的 探讨品管圈活动在患者入院健康教育中的应用效果.方法 神经内科成立品管圈小组,对影响患者入院健康教育的因素进行分析,探讨解决对策并实施.结果 品管圈活动实施后患者入院健康教育知晓率98.00％(196/200),高于实施前的72.50％(145/200),目标达成率为103.16％.实施品管圈活动后圈员解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法、和谐度较活动前均有提高.结论 品管圈活动能有效提高患者入院健康教育知晓率,提高护理人员综合素质.%Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle (QCC) activity in health education for neurological patients at hospital admission. Methods To set up the QCC group and to analyze the potential influential issues of health education at hospital admission. The nursing countermeasures were provided. Results The awareness rate of health education at hospital admission was 98.00％(196/200) after implementation of QCC activity, which was higher than 72.50％(145/200) of that before implementation of QCC activity, with a goal achievement rate of 103.16％. Group members achieved an improvement in problem-soloing, responsibility, cooperation and communication, confidence, group cohesiveness, initiatives, QCC tools and harmonious degree. Conclusion QCC activity is an effective tool to improve the awareness rate of health education for neurological patients at hospital admission. It also can improve the comprehensive quality of nurses.
